Jackson Stone named Most Outstanding Player during soccer tournament

The varsity boys soccer team participated in the 45th annual Ravenscroft Soccer Invitational on September 7-9, 2017. Schools at this year’s invitational included: Ravenscroft, Charlotte Latin, Christ School, Cary Academy, Coastal Christian H.S., North Raleigh Christian, Cannon School, and Greenfield School. The tournament committee selects an all-tournament team based on voting by coaches after every game. The player with the most votes throughout the whole tournament is named the Most Outstanding Player of the invitational. This year’s all-tournament team selection and most outstanding player is Jackson Stone. Jackson has 23 goals and 11 assists thus far this season. He is averaging 1.6 goals per game. He leads the state in total points and goals as per The News & Observer. Nationally ranked #36 in total points as per MaxPreps.com
