The Middle School program is designed to meet
the needs of the preadolescent/adolescent child in grades five
through eight as they become mature, independent workers and
thinkers. The organization pattern is flexible
and will change from time to time, depending on the needs of the
children. In grades five and six, the program is
largely influenced by an elementary school approach to teaching and
learning. In grades seven and eight, the
organization pattern is more departmentalized, with some built-in
organizational flexibility.
