School Profile

Greenfield School is an independent, nonsectarian, co-educational college preparatory school in Wilson, North Carolina founded in 1969. The school is fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and maintains a preschool through twelfth grade program. The enrollment for 2008-2009 is 334 students.

Greenfield School has 28 full-time faculty, and eleven part-time faculty teaching kindergarten through twelfth grades, including twelve with Master’s degrees and one with National Board Certification. There is a ratio of one faculty member for every ten students.

Greenfield School offers a full program of team sports, extracurricular activities, and a community service program. A summer program includes both academic enrichment and athletic opportunities.
