About Me

          Shelly is originally from Llano Texas, but grew up in Bailey, NC. She came to Greenfield in November of 2021. She has an AAS in Early Childhood, Teacher, and Special Education. She was a previous teacher at East Coast Migrant Head Start for more than 10 years. She also worked for Nash-Rocky Mount Schools as a tutor for K- 12th grades and a liaison for Migrant children and families. She currently teaches lower and middle school Spanish. She also leads the Middle School Spanish Club. She has two older children who graduated from Greenfield in 2019 and 2021. She currently has two children who attend Greenfield. Aside from teaching, she really enjoys traveling, reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and children, especially watching her boys play soccer. She is also very involved in her church which is like her second family.
