I received Bachelor of Arts in Art and a K-4 North Carolina Teachers Certificate from Salem College. I taught third grade in the public schools for four years. I later taught Preschool for six years. I received training in a 30 hour comprehensive Multi-sensory Training program through the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. I tutored students for several years and joined the Language Center in 2017. I am married to my husband Greg and we have two grown children.
