About Me

Elizabeth Owens was born and raised here in Wilson, and this is her first year assisting in teaching preschool at Greenfield. She worked in a daycare with preschool and school-aged children during her time in college at ECU but chose to work in Residential Real Estate sales for the last 8 years for the flexibility while raising her son. While homeschooling him for 1st grade, it awakened the passion she had for teaching all those years ago. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys curling up with a good book, catching up on her favorite TV shows and movies, trying out a new recipe, and making memories with her husband Ian, son Oliver, and Goldendoodle Flynn.
