About Me

Kim Davis is excited to teach Hands-on Science for kindergarten and first grade, as well as to provide instructional support for the lower school. She has lived in Wilson since graduating from ECU in 1992 with a BS and Master's degree in Elementary Education. She taught in Wilson County Schools for 29 years before retiring in 2021. In the fall of that year, she helped establish the kindergarten program at First United Methodist Weekday School, where she taught for four years. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Chad, and their three children — Jake, Alli, and Katie. In her free time, she also enjoys reading, watching sports, and going to the beach.
