About Me

Joseph Wilson is the Food Service Director at Greenfield School. He moved here from Richmond, Virginia and is originally from the West Coast. He has a background in different industries, including serving in the Navy as a mass communications specialist with a focus on photography, and in logistics management within the field of microelectronics manufacturing and distribution. He attended culinary school in Durham, North Carolina and began his culinary career in eating disorder treatment for adolescents in residential treatment. Since then, he has worked with both adults and children at the residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient levels of care. He has also cooked for various facilities serving the senior community. In his personal time, Joe trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. He enjoys food, music, comedy, and sports.
