About Me

Colleen Raper joins Greenfield as our Preschool–Fourth Grade Counselor with a passion for helping children discover their strengths, build confidence, and reach their potential. Outside of school, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family—especially her four grandsons who call her “Mimi”—traveling, and running her small home bakery, Colleen’s Culinary Creations. She is also an adventurous traveler: despite disliking the cold, she recently ventured to Lapland, Finland, where she saw the Northern Lights and took a reindeer sleigh ride in temperatures reaching 45 degrees below zero! Colleen was drawn to Greenfield’s combination of high expectations, genuine care, strong character development, and close relationships among students, families, and educators.
