Greenfield School’s Varsity Girls Basketball Coach is responsible for leading and developing our high school girls’ basketball team, encompassing all aspects of the program from practice planning to game strategy and player development. They also manage the team's performance, ensure safety, and oversee program management.

Responsibilities:

· Team Development:

Planning and leading practices, developing game strategies, and overseeing the physical and mental development of players.

· Skill and Performance:

Assesses player skills, implements training plans, and monitors progress to improve individual and team performance.

· Safety and Conduct:

Ensuring players' safety through proper techniques and maintaining high standards, as well as establishing and maintaining standards of behavior.

· Communication:

Communicating with players, parents, and the athletic department regarding practices, games, and other relevant information.

· Game Day:

Determining game strategy, providing instruction during games, and ensuring appropriate supervision of athletes
