Job Summary:
Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will be the driving force behind
fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. In this role, you will
manage a broad spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits administration, leave
tracking, payroll processing, and enforcing company policies and practices. Your energetic
approach and strategic mindset will help shape our organizational culture, support workforce

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work with Head of School and Division Coordinators on the recruitment process,
including job posting and resume screening as needed.
• Manage employee onboarding / offboarding process.
• Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plan, and
other employee benefits. Assist employees with inquiries and enrollment.
• Collaborate with CFO to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Address
employee payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Manage LOA process, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,
and recommended best practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation, including employee
files, attendance, and timekeeping.
• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training,
continuing education, and work assessments.
• Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees, referring complex
and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• HRIS systems implementation and maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
required.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
