Nine Upper School students inducted into first Leadership Development Program at Greenfield

Greenfield's Leadership Development Program was one of many directives that came about as part of the school-wide Strategic Plan as a way to create a roadmap for the future of Greenfield and a way for our students to further develop into the creative, confident, college-bound leaders of tomorrow.

The featured guest speaker for the evening was Ms. Sydney Dunn, Lost Colony Chapter Director for the National League of Junior Cotillions, and included a special presentation where students were taught business etiquette, interview skills, table manners, and polite conversation, all while enjoying a wonderful five-course meal prepared by long-time Greenfield supporter, Something Different Café.

At the conclusion of the event, Chance Reynolds, Greenfield's Leadership Development Program Coordinator, congratulated these students for “their willingness to be trailblazers…to be first…to want more…and for being willing to seek and take on the mantle of leadership and do great things. Things that could truly change your lives and the lives of others in very positive ways”.
Inductees were as follows: Brenner Cobb, Jake Flaherty, Lily Hesse, Vishakha Lakhani, Madision Manning, Carter McLamb, Urvi Patel, Jackson Perdue, and Cole Wainwright.
