Classroom spelling bees for each grade level were held last week in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes. The fifteen (5 from each grade) finalists competed in the Greenfield Middle School Spelling Bee.
The top 5 finalists were:
- Michael Brewer (7th grade)
- Grayson Coulter (7th grade)
- Sophia Graham (7th grade)
- Ella Walston (8th grade)
- Larken Whaley (8th grade)
- Natalie Bizzell (8th grade, alternate)
These five finalists and alternate will advance to the Wilson County Spelling Bee that will be held on March 1st.
