Dear Greenfield Families,
Mark your calendars! Greenfield will host its annual Fall Family Night on Thursday, November 7th from 3:00-6:00pm. Families can enjoy inflatables, face painting, a dunking booth, DJ and more. There will also be cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn included with your entry wristband. There will be an entry wristband fee of $10 per child and $5 per adult. This will gain you access to all the fun listed above.
Fall Family Night will also include the annual GVO raffle. Each grade level will put together a "raffle basket". There will be various themes, and many items up for grabs. This year the sale of these baskets will look slightly different from years past. All raffle basket ticket sales will be done online through OneCause. The sale of the raffle tickets will start Friday, October 25th and end at 5:30pm the night of the event. These baskets will also be displayed the night of Fall Family Night, and the winners will be announced at 5:45pm that night. Anyone can bid for these awesome baskets so please share the link when it is available with family and friends. Stay tuned for more information coming soon.
As one can imagine an event like this takes a lot of manpower. We would love to have volunteers before, during, and after the event. Please be on the lookout for a separate email containing a Sign-Up Genius for this volunteer opportunity.
In the past Fall Family Night has been a time when we also celebrate Greenfield's grandparents. We, of course, invite grandparents to attend Fall Family Night but we want you to know that the classrooms will not be open and that there will be a separate celebration dedicated JUST to grandparents on the morning of February 14th. Stay tuned for more information on that in the New Year.
Sincerely,
Fall Family Night Committee
