About Me

Born in the tiny town of Glennville, Georgia, Peter Holloran’s life journey has been a tapestry woven with threads of education, exploration, and artistic flair. Peter’s academic voyage commenced at Armstrong College, culminating in the acquisition of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater. Seeking to expand his horizons, he pursued further education at Brooklyn College, ultimately achieving a Masters of Education. At Greenfield, Peter holds the position of History Teacher to our amazing Upper School students. He is guided by his dedication to spend his life in service of others and watching those individuals succeed. Throughout his teaching career, he highlights the importance of his favorite quote, “Knowledge is only a rumor until it lives in the muscle”, by the Asaro Tribe. He currently lives at home with his loving wife, his newborn daughter, and two small chubby chihuahuas. When not teaching Peter often finds himself hiking various trails and parts of the Appalachian Trail. He looks forward to all of the fun Greenfield events, in particular, the exciting Slip N’ Slide at the beginning of the year.
