About Me
Originally born in New Jersey but raised in Wilson, Kaitlyn Pate, joined Greenfield as the TK Lead Teacher and Curriculum Coordinator. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Birth-Kindergarten Education from East Carolina University. Beyond her professional background, Kaitlyn also brings valuable personal experience as a mother of two, aged 3 and 7, having spent several years as a stay-at-home mom. She is driven by her goal of sparking young children’s love for learning by implementing play-based learning that is engaging and excites her students. She looks forward to meeting all of her students and helping them explore their curiosities and achieve new milestones across each developmental domain as they learn about themselves and the world around them.
