About Me
Originally from New Orleans, LA, D’Shay Quick has been a member of the Wilson community for over 20 years. At Greenfield, she holds the position of Preschool Assistant in the 3-year-old class, where her passion for teaching can truly be seen. Her professional journey includes having served as the Lead Teacher of a preschool for two decades which makes her an invaluable asset to the school. One of the things D’Shay loves most about teaching is the opportunity to connect with each child individually, meeting them at their unique stage of development which is truly guided by her favorite quote from C.S. Lewis, "Children are not a distraction from more important work; they are the most important work.” As she joins the Greenfield community, D’Shay is looking forward to building strong relationships with the children and their families. Her dedication to nurturing a supportive and caring learning environment ensures that the students in her care will thrive and grow academically and emotionally.
